Our goals are to (1)assist victims of police indiscretion and
(2)uphold the professional standards of policing by working with law
enforcement agencies to enhance their training and community outreach
commitments. We also provide services for police officers wrongfully
accused of misconduct or wrongfully disciplined. For over a decade, Richard Rivera has
investigated and researched public official misconduct. His insight to
police values and subculture while working undercover in a corruption
sting has uniquely positioned him as an authority in this field. From
the numerous investigations, he has developed policies and training to
aid police agencies with preventing employee misconduct and to mitigate
municipal liability. In addition, our company provides defense
attorneys with the tools and guidance to uncover employee misconduct
that may have contributed to a questionable criminal case against their
