Expert Witness- Richard Rivera worked as an undercover police officer infiltrating an organized crime syndicate that was protected by a group of rouge police officers.  His unique experiences were highlighted in numerous news accounts, The Today Show and most recently the movie DVD for "Righteous Kill".  Based on this work, academic background & research, he has submitted expert reports in criminal defense matters that have been successfully adjudicated in favor of many clients.

Consulting- We provide a variety of consulting services to private and government clients that include motivational speaking, needs assessments and policy review and auditing.  In addition, licensed private investigators are available to assist in matters requiring their services.

Case review and analysis- As part of our comprehensive case management system we can assist you in assessing the matter provided to your office.  We are available for civil and criminal matters.  We have a strategic relationship with document scanning vendors to organize large case files and computerize your cases for easy access and to search/bookmark documents by keyword.  We can also provide litigation support services as part your case preparation and presentation.

Research- We provide research guidance in exploring various theories that may be factors in the underlying case you have.  Some specialty areas of research are; police and public employee misconduct, accountability, ethics and biased policing (racial profiling).

Training- Given our diverse experiences in policing we can provide customized training for police agencies and community organizations.  Training topics coincide with some of our specialized areas; police and public employee misconduct, police culture, accountability, ethics, community outreach and biased policing (racial profiling).
